received today. eaten straight away. i didn't realise seeds weren't nuts. i was wondering why it was "nut-free" when i could clearly see pine seeds in it.

Brace yourself Mattgal - technically even peanuts aren't nuts. They're legumes, like peas. Strawberries aren't actually berries. I won't even start on the various fruits that some people consider to be vegetables. Oh, and the bananas we eat? Man-perpetuated mutation/product of a now propagatable-only herb!
