  My $45 order came through as a Westpac Bonus of 0.12c. No regular cash back has come through yet though.

    The Westpac bonus cashback should be $10 for you instead. Regular cashback depends what you bought could be under 1%. Usually with C&C only when staff picked the order ShopBack can confirm the transaction.

  Did two orders - each of my items (bought 2 per order) got tracked individually, and only got one instance of the Westpac bonus, capped at $10

  Do I have to use Shopback APP on phone or I can use ShopBack on browser as long as I paid by Westpac card? Chemist Warehouse web on my phone seems not working.
