Sydney NSW - Preordered the Fold 6 Navy via EPP on the 12th and was meant have Fold 6 and watch 7 delivered on the 22/7. (Payment was taken from my account that day itself). The order is stuck at 'order accepted' stage.
I've called Samsung CS multiple times and they don't have any visibility on when it will be delivered. The reason for the delay is some 'verification issue' in the IT department, which even the rep couldn't explain; it's such bs!
I asked for compensation and they said they're trying to focus on getting the product delivered first and then will talk about comp. Honestly don't know if I should just cancel and reorder but won't get the same promo/benefits from preorder stage
Anyone else in the same boat? And have you been able to make any progress?
I had this issue with my fold 5 and galaxy watches last year. They were part of the employee discount scheme, so it was worth the wait.
