BIG W have a few sets on special at the moment and Amazon are price matching them.

$99 is a decent price for this set that normally sits around $129.

Pros - cool designed set with lots of moving parts and little details
Cons - Bit pricey at 11.3c per piece and as it's only 874 pieces is probably a pretty quick set to put together

    None of the minifigures is unique!
    Most of those MF elements have appeared repeatedly over the past six years. Maybe one or two of the torsos is new?
    The exception is the blue Classic Space-style baby that was in a recent CMF series.

    They do have a nice, consistent space to them though - except the very common 'fairground worker'

  I have this set, and it's good value. The other 2 builds are a little less impressive, but the main roller coaster build is really good.

    It's lego, it's not hard… for good value and to see if you enjoy it, check Facebook Marketplace for sets with all the pieces and the manual but (often) no box. It's a little more work to sort and find the bricks than a brand-new set, but to me, the cost savings is worth it.

    If you would prefer to buy new I think that the 3 in 1 creator sets can give a good sample of a few different building experiences and can be some of the cheaper sets imo.

    Otherwise there are plenty of good second hand options in FB markeplace/ Gumtree/ Bricklink.
