Doubt it. Rival balls are foam. 3D printed balls would likely shatter.
you can buy the foam balls off aliexpress cheaper than it would be to experiment with printing them

Most likely the o-ring on the plunger head not seated right, it’s common on these amazon exclusive kronos variants compared to the regular ones.
Same with mine, I pulled it apart and found the O ring has burrs (can't think of a better word) on the outside which I think it causing it not to seal properly. Having trouble finding a replacement, I've got one that is very close but harder (the og is quite soft and stretchy) - haven't tried it yet. Apparently it's not meant to be tight in the plunger groove, it's supposed to float a bit.
you should see them with an upgraded spring.

Nerf cheaped out on production of these amazon exclusives, often the ‘duds’ people found the o-ring on the plunger head wasn't fitted right. Fix or replace it if it chewed up and you’ll be good to go.
Plenty of youtube vids on how to disassemble these to get it working right.
Is there any chance you might be able to post one please? I bought 2 of these in the last deal and have been trying to fix them. I can't seem to find much info on them.

They are very hit and miss. I bought a teal and this one. The teal slaps hard. This colour was a dud. No idea if the colour determines quality though.
Ordered one of these for my 5 year old nephew with the last deal, decided not to give it to him after seeing how powerful it is

With all these comments about some duds, is there any chance that there's an Australian variant that's weaker?
These are being sold by amazon US. Nerf rival range cant be sold by australian retail stores as the muzzle energy is too high, can only get them through resellers or amazon.

Bought one of these ages ago from a deal and it was quite powerful. Bought another that got stopped at customs and returned, got a refund but was a little bummed.
Like others have said…the teal coloured one is a beast…this one is a dud. From a different factory perhaps.
