  • Please don't click the "freebie" checkbox if your items cost money to purchase. Free shipping does not mean freebie. thanks.

    • Thanks for the reminder. I'll pay attention next time.

  • I have this from Aliexpress, great projector. Probably the brightest in the portable category and one of the only with Google TV and Netflix certification built in. Not having to bring and connecy a dongle set on travelling is worth the premium.

    Good price too

  • Best ALR UST screen price? 100"?

How much is normal price @Alex0708

    • According to Dangbei's dealer pricing standards, the original price of the Atom in Australia was AU$1282.

Your website only put $ 1068, so this is normal price, isnt it?

  • If you dont mind less brightness, you can get the newly released Formovie Xming V1 Ultra 4K (real 4K, not 1080p) which is sharper than this Dangbei for a similar price.

    • A few downsides:

      • definitely NOT portable compared to the Atom
      • brightness is only about 600 lumens peak
      • FengOS not Google TV; assume no Netflix certification (so limited to 540p without dongle)
      • single panel LCD - only 66.6% of the Rec.709 standard and 48.84% of DCI-P3 (Atom by comparison covers at least 100% of R.709). Colour will be dull
      • looks like DMD 0.47", which actually means native 1920x1080 + pixel shifting to generate 4k

Upside is resolution definitely higher than Atom (which is 0.33" DMD 1280x720 native with pixel shifting to generate FHD). But I would trade off better colour + bright image vs higher resolution.
