          Thanks for the great feedback! That's correct - our "surprise chain" (rather than supply chain) gives a second chance to dormant goods such as old season stock, over stock, customer returns, sustainable de-fit assets and more. Instead of it laying unused or no longer of value to the business (which can sometimes end up in landfill), they make the journey to us to find a new home.

    Buyer beware for these guys.
    I ordered one of their pet beds a few weeks ago.
    Still stuck on order placed status and emailing them, I get no reply.

      In my case I have a great experience from them. Communication was good through email. The owner made a price adjustment of two similar items but one was out of stock, and the remaining one was in stock but it was a higher price. And free delivery for first order so it was a win for me.
