  This aircon is really noisy, in that the plastic creaks and cracks like crazy when heating up.

  Kelvinator is a good entry level AC appliance. Ive personally had these, LG, Samsung, Panasonic, Daiken, Fujitsu (ducted), and Mitsubishi. Out of all i can honestly say the best was Mitsubishi. If you decide to get one make sure its NOT Mitsubishi Electric - get Mitsubishi Heavy Industries models ;)

  This deal is still available - I put an enquiry on the website and they called me back with stock that they shipped from another store. I picked it up today.
