  99bikes is the only bike shop to try and charge me for a tool that I needed for 30 seconds to get be back on the road. Cycled around Melbourne for years and EVERY other bike shop I dropped in at would help someone out to get them going again.

  That is a mediocre looking pannier rack for a $5k bike.

    Avoid 99bikes like the plague. Always use your LBS.

    Never had a positive experience with them on products and definitely don't use them to service your bike

      Problem with e-bikes is that my "LBS" doesn't have access to actual good brands. 99Bikes has Cube exclusivity I think, Specialized has Focus, etc. No, Mr LBS, I don't want some shitty hub drive bike with a no-name motor for $1500 more than 99Bikes is going to charge me for a Cube with a Bosch mid-drive.

    99Bikes service aside (I’ve not had an issue myself…but I service our bikes myself anyway, and I always carry a small kit), I really like the Merida bikes.
