Whats The Next 'BIG' Sale Period?

I was a little disappointed with the prime day and associated sales. Looking to get a DJI osmo pocket 3, and tossing up whether to wait or not. Looking at the history, it has gotten to $850-950 with ebay codes so I am hoping to get it around this price.

Not sure when the next big discount period is… Black Friday? That feels so long away, is there anything sooner?

    There should be another Prime Day of sorts before Black Friday if history repeats itself. Last year there was one in October. You may have been disappointed but there were plenty of deals, just not for you.

    A cautionary note from an Android user: the DJI Mimo app (which is required to initialise and register the Osmo Pocket 3) has been completely removed from the Google Play app store, so you'll have to try installing the .apk from the DJI website, and as an Android 11 user it didn't work for me.

    You can get around installing the app for the first 5 uses of the Pocket 3, but after that it will lock you out of all functions until you initialise and register it via the DJI Mimo app. Had to get a friend to register it on their iPhone for mine to unlock and use.

      Thanks for the heads-up, bit of a concern for me as an android user. Is there a reason the .APK didn't install? I'm on android 14.

        I can only guess it was blocked by the Operating System as a flagged application. DJI is a Chinese manufacturer, so I can understand why.
