Weird Smell Water from Phillip Water Station

Hi everyone,

I recently bought this Philips Water Station: Philips Water Station (ADD5962BK/79).

I've noticed a weird chlorine-like smell in the water. Has anyone else experienced this, or is the water completely normal for you?

  I would say it is different to the normal water. Not sure if it is safe to drink lol

I don't use that filter, but with mine I have to run water through it for 5 mins to (I guess) clean out any dirt etc. Check the manual to see if some initial setting-up procedure is required too.

  yeah I did let the water run through for 2 days. The water flavor is just different from the normal water

Have you got the answer for it, i just bought the same thing and the water taste a little bit weird. Not sure what happen.

  I just rinse out the water several times and it turned fine for a day and then the smell came back. I just ended up returning it.
