I currently have a Phillips beard trimmer and it constantly pulls hair when I'm trying to trim my neck beard. Can anyone recommend me a decent beard trimmer for neck with little to no pull?

Usually means you don't look after it by lubricating it.

Also, If you're taking out a lot of length use a longer comb and do it in stages
Every trimmer I've used, regardless of brand, pull when they have two issues - lack of oil on the blades or trying to go too short too quickly
Also, trim it before you wash your face or shower. The natural oil in your beard helps lubricate the blades.
100% this. clean the blades and oil them, 9/10 times it's because the blades need to be lubricated.

I have had a good run with the Remington Barbers Best Beard Trimmer so far (mine came from Big W).
Model MB4131AU Type RG018A.
It has lasted longer than the 2 Brauns I had beforehand, that developed battery life issues - so far this one has not had this problem after 15 months.
Cost $49 when I purchased it.
(Sorry, I can't comment about the little to no pull requirement).
A beard trimmer will save time vs using scissors or money from going to a barber to touch up your beard. It's an economical device that you can keep in your bathroom or car to make sure your beard is well groomed at any time. All in all I can heartily recommend you a beard trimmer.

I gave up trying to find a decent trimmer, now I get the bulk off with a standard head hair trimmer and use a cheapy just to tidy up
