Still trying to figure this out. Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn’t. Or maybe I just forget.
Is the 11am Antiques Roadshow on ABC always a repeat of the previous 5.30pm?

Yeah been working from home. Allows me to get in some quality TV time. I was watching the last half of the 6pm Roadshow on Nine Gem too, but can’t put up with the ads anymore.
I use the stations app, 9Now, 7Plus, SBS On Demand etc. and have Pi-Hole running. This seems to filter out all the ads even the streaming ones.
I been watching classical TV, with TV tuner. With ABC at least there are no ads. Then I find myself wanting to watch old sitcoms on the other channels, which have lots of ads. I should probably just download them all and watch them. But the old fashioned TV experience is kinda nice after not watching real TV for like 20+ years.
looks like it

.Antiques Roadshow…. pretty interesting show… would love for them to go through lot of my parents old goodies and tell me they are worth $500,000
Let me get this straight, your watching AR and holding down a job… Try Youtube
When WFH it helps to take a little break every hour or so for an hour or so.
I find them all a bit repetitive.
Not enough plot changes?

The two highlights always are.
- The look on peoples faces when the value of their item is really high
- The look on peoples faces when the value of their item is really low
Last week someone had a painting that was worth like 200k AUD because Russian elites would go bananas for it. If you'd told him you just found footage of him committing a hit and run homicide he couldn't have looked more shocked.
What I like are the people who hear something is worth 10k and then say they'd never sell it. Like if you'd never buy a porcelain figurine for 10k, why wouldn't you sell it for 10k. It's the same difference, unless it was your mother's prized possession or summat.
