2 days after purchasing the $69 plan with $0 Flip6 from Harvey Norman, I rang Optus and spoke with their loyalty/retentions team and was told that I can pay $793 (as per their system calculation) and walk away with the phone.
I was also offered 50% discount ($34.50) for 12 months.
Has anyone had a similar response?
What did u talk to the rep? Was it via chat?? I am thinking of signing up

Where should we take the Flip6 for warranty? Back to hn, optus or Samsung?
It was bought with this deal and it has stopped charging via usb port (wireless only).
Take it back to Harvey Norman. 👍
