Has anyone dealt with Shark ninja / Ninja Kitchen support before?
I ordered and received a Ninja air fryer from them that arrived with damage. A subsequent order hasn't been delivered (thanks to DHL claiming attempted deliveries). I went to contact them but found the following:
- Their ABN has been cancelled since last year
- The only phone number I've found is for a distribution company called Mann & Noble who say they have no longer have a relationship with Shark Ninja (since May 2024).
- The chat is a bot only (despite listing 7am-7pm Sydney hours)
- I found on my order email a customer service address, which replying to raised a ticket but with no response after several days.
- I went to register warranty with hopes there would be alternative way of contacting but it requires a serial number the appliance doesn't have.
I wish I'd found this prior. I'm guessing my only option is to issue a charge back…
Tried asking the chatbot to talk to a real person?
Might be worth going the chargeback route. At the very least it should get their attention (or if they ignore it, you get your money back).
