Have been looking to upgrade my Xiaomi Note 9 for ages and haven't been able to find the right phone for years.
It seemed like Xiaomi dropped the ball a bit with the next few models but the Redmi Note 13 seems to get much better reviews.

The Xiaomi Redmi note 13 is available from $281.78 with 5G and global ROM. Looks like a great price.

8gb RAM + 128GB storage $281.78
8gb RAM + 256GB storage $314.68
12gb RAM + 256GB storage $338.19
12gb RAM +512GB storage $372.66
16gb RAM + 512gb storage $391.44

  • Customized Global ROM support Multi-language, include Russian, English, Portuguese, Spanish, etc, support Google Play, not support OTA Update.

I.e. hacked ROM with no updates

    • No eu rom? Long time ago i had xiaomi mi max and i remember the eu community is active with updates etc.

    • Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G is the same as the Poco X6 5G (codename Garnet) and there are plenty of custom ROMs for it (on Android 14, where the latest Xiaomi ROM for it anywhere is 13. "Customized Global ROM" means the bootloader is unlocked and you really should be using one of those many custom ROMs out there…. if you're not, you wouldn't be buying unlocked phones from overseas anyway.

      • Sorry can you clarify the last sentence? Are you saying it's fine to buy this as long as you use custom ROM?

        • Don't use a custom ROM, unless you know what you are doing and you put the custom ROM on yourself.

        • If you don't know what an unlocked bootloader is, you would not/should not be buying a "Customized Global ROM" phone from overseas.

Got this in Singapore earlier in the year at the Xiaomi store. Really like it but HyperOS plus Pokémon Go is a major battery killer. Also on my plan with Telstra I can't get 5g. So be mindful of your plan if you are upgrading for 5G.

When I was on 5G with Singtel on holiday it was FAST. Used Amaysim as a backup and got 5G, also great.

Photos… It's beating an iPhone 13 pro camera

Screen… Can play 4k with ease.

3.5 audio jack, NFC, Bluetooth and a remote control… Phone has it all.

Also it's light. Overall happy with it.
