    It looks raw.

    • Steaks are served on hot lava stone plates, allowing you to cook them to your preferred perfection. everyone has their own personal preference .

        • seems you’ve never had bush tucker and lived of country … looks ok me but a bit chewy as not all protein denatured, once you’ve had steak tartare you see protein consumption in a different persecutive and did survival camp as part of an ecotourism trip … amazing what you can eat … will go an try while special offer.

yes, but they probably shouldn't be eating raw meat if unknown quality.

Tried it in Sydney. Was not impressed at all. Would not return.

Also, please do not order their "mixed steak*. You'll end up with many small pieces of off cut.

        Inb4 someone said it was a mis-steak

Came here to post exactly that— Went to the one in Sydney CBD, it was just okay, nothing special. Sooner get a pub steak next time.

Great to hear some honest feedback.

    • Sounds like this place is definitely one to avoid

Wow seems bad going by comments here. Also is it just me or does the top half of that meat look weird. The bottom half looks normal but the top half looks weird, like all the muscle fibres developed weirdly.

  • lol @ $100/kg steak. I can buy at supermarket for a fraction that price.

  • Just tried it today and it was pretty average. The stone wasn't quite hot enough and the steak was just ok.
