  • Any reviews on this?

I have it and it's great for the price. Actual 1080P. Good enough contrast for a dark room. It's been working fine for about a year.

    240ANSI.

Good enough in a pitch black room.

I tried this for $87 without the screen last year. Brightness was ok (similar to other budget projectors needing a dark room) image was pretty crisp for a cheapie projector .. but this has a lot of issues passing audio codecs (as do many at this price point). No good for Plex libraries but Netflix prime etc through Google tv stick was better than what I expected.

    Returned mine after 3 days.

  • so this would only work in a pitch black room?

wonder how it'll go for showing a presentation in an office..

I mean, do you care about presentation looking washed out lol aren’t they all washed out when using a projector in a bright room?

  • Isn't the newer HAPPRUN with WIFI a better option on Amazon for around $140 currently with codes? Apparantly it has better claimed brightness (12000 Lumens vs 9500 Lumens) and more connectivity ports.

  • I'm using this one with a mini desktop and Streamio for movies, and it works great. The quality is really good for just a little over $100. I agree that the room needs to be dark if you want to use it during the day. It is my first projector, I am really happy with it, I will look at upgrading to one with more brightness if I use it often enough.

  • I bought this last year, and was reasonably impressed. We watched a movie on a wall at ~80" screen size in a dim room, and it performed well enough.

Never used the speaker in it, so can't comment there. Who want to watch a movie with that speaker anyway!

    • Crap speaker, but you can connect it to an external one easily. I had issues connecting to bluetooth, but it eventually worked.

      • I bought a cheapie android media player and use a set of 2.1 computer speakers. Does a marvellous job!

  • now $110.38 with 10% coupon

  • $127 is pretty much the normal "sale" price but it dips below $100 sometimes. I got one for $97 a little while back but I think $88 might be ATL.
