Looking to move 15km 2 Bedder Home (2 storey) to a 2 Bedder Home (2 storey)
Anyone recommend any removalist that you had a good experience with, that also won't charge you a crazy amount?
Cheers!

cool storey, bro
storey (noun): a part of a building comprising all the rooms that are on the same level
Did my last move with Little Red Trucks. I kept the cost down by getting them to move the big stuff (furniture, TV, garage shelves etc) and then did my own move for a lot of the boxes, clothes, smaller bits of furniture etc using a GoGet van. When the movers arrived I already had half the stuff on the driveway for them to start loading into the truck, and was moving stuff out while they were loading to minimise time spent. They were really careful with my stuff and didn't break or damage anything. Not the cheapest option in the world, but they were on time and great to work with.
We also got a new fridge and washing machine to go with the new house, so didn't need to move those - otherwise would have got the movers to do those too.
Smart - so you booked a van on the day loaded it yourself and then moved there and got them to unload the van?
Nah, they brought their truck and moved the big stuff.
I then moved stuff with a goget van the next day. They moved the stuff I couldn't do, I did the rest

Thanks guys I'll look into them.
If you have quite a bit you can arrange a 20ft or 40ft shipping container. You can fill it yourself. Then it can be sent to a holding yard while your move is complete or sent to your new address. This is fully insured. This was cheaper for us at Containerzone than a traditional removal truck.
