Looking to find a good deal on either QHD or 4K monitor preferably IPS and ok to work with Apple computers.
Office use not much or no gaming at all. Good for video content HDMI + DisplayPort USB-C would be a bonus.
27' inch or up - would not mind ultrawide either if price and quality is decent.

i heard people getting free monitors but you need to be quick. well maybe not 34" 4K monitors

You get what you pay for with monitors and $300 isn't much.
Main aspects are: resolution, picture (panel) quality and refresh rate. I wouldn't spend $400 on a 165hz monitor if you're not gaming. The extra $$$ you're paying for that refresh rate would be better off going into a different panel that's 60hz and has a better image / higher resolution.
