Everyday Mobile: $40 Cashback on $36/Month 110GB SIM Plan ($4 Profit, Everyday Rewards Required, Min 1 Month) @ TopCashback AU

220

Seems like a good deal for $4 profit. Disclaimer: I haven’t tested this deal myself but I’ve compared with other cashback providers and they are offering lesser cashback

$36/month for Everyday Rewards members, otherwise it is $40/month for customers who do not link an Everyday Rewards card. Minimum 1 month, no early termination charge if cancelled early.

Critical Information Summary

  • Early Termination Charge: If you cancel your plan, there are no early termination charges. However, you will need to pay the minimum monthly charge and any outstanding charges owing on your plan and all outstanding charges will immediately become due and payable.

  • Minimum Monthly Charge: The minimum monthly charge is the monthly fee for your plan. This does not include any add-on fees that you may incur during the month, charges that you incur in connection with the International and Other Extension (if activated).

  • What is difference between sim only (postpaid?)and 30 days prepaid plan?

    • +1

The Everyday Mobile page for SIM Only Plans has the answer.

What is the Difference Between Prepaid and SIM Only Plans?

SIM Only plans are postpaid whereby you pay a monthly bill. Prepaid plans are paid upfront at the beginning of each month.

  • Postpaid plan = Possible Credit File check

    • +4

Credit checks aren't performed on any plans anymore since the rebrand

      • Hey, since you are associated?
I was just charged twice but it says ‘payment declined’ on my screen. Can you possibly assist me with that?

Unfortunately I can't give account-specific help over OzBargain :( please contact customer service tomorrow though and they'll be able to help!

      • Sorry rebrand from what to what?

Too much of an investment for a $4 profit.

Could we utilize Woolworths Everyday Rewards dollars to pay for this $36/Month 110GB SIM Plan? If we do, would the cashback be eligible or ineligible if we use Woolworths Everyday Rewards dollars for either full or partial payment of the SIM Plan?

  • How do you cancel?

    • Port out. You may lose your number if you cancel.

  • +6

Service must be activated within 30 days of purchase and remain active for 30 days to be eligible for cashback.

Similar to previous ones. A bit too close for comfort.

  • Waiting for a 365 day sim boost mobile deal

    • +1

They are phasing out all 180/365 days plan.

      • Costs too much to do business in Australia unless you have no competition. Its a sad state that these MVNO cannot do yearly plans anymore.

Note that Woolworths Everyday Mobile will be discontinuing the $100, $170, and $220 Long Expiry plans. After 3 September 2024, these plans will no longer be available for purchase. If you want to remain on these plans, ensure you setup auto-recharge before 4 September 2024.

How we going to profit from this deal as we need to stay with the plan for a minimum of 30 days for the cashback but at the same time the second month will start…..that means we need to pay for the second month….is there any way out or am I missing something?

    • Maybe use a prepaid gift card with insufficient funds for the direct debit and cancel service on 31st day. Too much uncertainty for $4 lol

      • I wasn't uncertain about the $4 profit….it was actually whether this deal will be any good or not as it doesn't seems like if we have to pay for the second month which will be 40$ per month….also you can't cancel if you worry of losing your number….you have to actually port out to keep the same number….

  • does this telco require credit to port over, porting typically requires one of the following;

    • respond to a text message (requires credit)
    • copy code from text message onto their website (no credit required)
