  It means no longer accessible via Shopback, either. It may be temporary due to the global IT outage, though.

  I bought a Shopback Tech swap voucher just now as I was checking out on eBay and same thing. Ebay is shown as one of the retailers but

  I've noticed on Rewards Gateway eBay gift cards are "Sold Out". eBay might be revising their discounted gift cards partnerships
