For those who do not use Amazon for game purchases, you need a US address in your delivery address field, your billing address needs to be correct though for the credit card you have used.

    how did you get it? i tried and got "Game Downloads are only available to US customers"

    No. You do need to install the Steam application though, enter key in client to activate.

    ah - i just installed bioshock 2 yesterday and it used windows live (grrrrrrr) as opposed to steam.
