Found this deal whilst perusing gamesaver.com.au for physical deals

    Sonic 1 to 3 were, and then there was sonic and knuckles. Sonic also had a game on Master System

    Cartridge for base game, download code for all "Plus" content.

    Watching an unboxing video, it contains the physical game cartridge - download code is for the extras and Game Gear games.

    The cartridges are region free , meaning you can play any game cartridge from any region in your Switch.

    But often the download codes are region restricted, so if you buy an US or EU rated Switch game, you'll need to change your region to the specific one at accounts.nintendo.com , then the redeem code through Switch, then change the region back to Australia.

    Often Australia get the "EUR" cartridges if not specifically named " AUS". I would suspect the packaged codes are European specific and not Australian specific.

      This looks to be the Australian version so therefore will have Australian dlc
