Made in China. Cancelled the pepper crab ones the other day for the same reason..
They have been making these in the PRC for some time now.

man… do you guys remember chili crab flavour with red package? it was the "BEST" of Nissin cup noodle but sadly replace with now black packaged pepper crab. I want chili crab back!!!!
These are much better than the Toyota Laksa Flavour Noodles.
