Was looking for some cheap pre-workout and came across this deal 60% off. labeled as a “gaming booster” but has 200mg caffeine per serve. Not sure what the difference is between this and normal pre workout - but for the price taking a bet

    Not sure I'd count it as "falling for something". It just looks like another way of getting caffeine into your system. Are they falling for it if it's providing the proven effect of allowing them to be a bit more alert for longer? It might not be a sensible longer term tactic, but it'll work.

        At full price it's $1.25 a serve. Not a huge cost and if people like the taste then fair enough. Just because you don't see the appeal doesn't mean those that do are somehow lesser than you. I don't see the appeal either, but I neither know nor care about the tastes of those that do.

  actually a big caffeine dose per serve (200mg)

  everything else seems pretty low even compared to other energy drinks let alone a good preworkout, most pre-workouts suck anyway. so i would just do this or a black/instant coffee on the cheap end just for a caffeine hit and get some creatine on the side.

  once ur big enough that you can no longer turn ur neck look into a better one or make ur own, u can buy everything separately and make ur own dosage, my brother does this.
