Lately (recent months) I found all of my orders haven't been honoured by Shopback. I always waited for more than two weeks and had my fingers crossed to think it will be confirmed automatically, they just need some time. However, I am wrong, nothing happens. When I click "claim" button in the track history by myself and uploaded the invoice to the website, months passed and still no reply and no update.
Anyone has the same problem? Any suggestion?

Yes it has gone waaaay down hill. There was a thread recently saying the AU management has all left and even the Ozbargain rep GYB is now shared amongst different people rather than a single rep. I've had heaps of issues lately really concerning, after it being great for years.
