    Best indication (from the very well informed Mark Gurman at Bloomberg) is 2025 for the next Airpods Pro revision:

    The AirPods Pro, meanwhile, are expected to get a new design and chip in 2025, and the company is working on health features for that device tied to hearing.

    So I'd say it's worth buying now instead of waiting.
