    Cosidering the price difference between these and the XM4's, I'd probably pick these because of the battery life. I also prefer the controls and app for these because the Sony Music app just feels so outdated for me.

    These have aptX adaptive which means low(er) latency for gaming and the like, but you'll probably need a dongle to take advantage of it.

    Depends, M4 have the better sound quality X4 have the better features and ANC. Personally going to be getting some X4's
