Doesn't appear to be sold by local retailers anymore, which is a shame because IMO these are the best tasting Casein proteins on the market.

Mixes thicker than whey. Go to for a snack as you just mix it with water or milk at a 1:1.5 (ish) ratio and it comes into a pretty thick mousse style pudding.

Hey, when you are starving yourself for gains, you have to do SOMETHING to keep sane!

Usual price is around $120ish from Amazon, or nearly $200 from iherb (before discounts, which usually bring it down to only kind of expensive).

  Have upvoted — but damn, that ingredient list is pretty nasty! If you're looking for something a bit easier on the digestive system (in particular, no xantham gum), bulk nutrients raw casein with some cocoa powder and monk fruit sweetener is my go-to "pudding" style snack when cutting. (And it's cheaper).

    I used to use Mushashi and boy did I rip farts like Guile with his sonic booms.

    But with the INC I dont even get bloated or pass much gas

      Glad the INC product works for you. However this is a whey-based product, so not really similar to casein products like what OP has posted (casein is slow-release protein, ideal for having before bed or other periods without eating protein).
