    So that's ~19 Amazon batteries for every 1 Eneloop battery.

    Ignoring a number of factors like battery life, cost to recharge, cost of a charger, and ability to spread over single vs multiple devices - on a 1:1 comparison, the point at which you would get a rechargable is if you expect to change the battery 20+ times. i.e. high drain devices
