Free bottle of wine and $50 from VirginMobile for being a customer

I got an email from virgin saying I will receive 1 bottle of wine and $50 gift voucher. It has been over two months and I have not gotten anything, they said to allow up to 28 days.

This is the email which I responded to.

"Hey James,

The freebies are always flowing for the celebs. But we think our superstar customers deserve some free stuff too.

So we're giving you a free bottle of red or white wine from Virgin Wines. Plus a $50 Virgin Wines gift voucher to spend on any of their top drops. It's our way of saying cheers to you.

    Well I cancelled my phone plan with them afew days after I registered for the wine and $50 voucher, I thought it a good time split from them, I am just wondering if anyone else has applied for the gifts and received.
