Tried to buy FNGU today on Interactive Brokers
Not allowed to open a position: contract subject to 871 (m)

They told me as it's a derivative I'm not allowed to trade it as a non-US entity?
What's the best broker with low fees and low exchange fees to trade this with

    Despite being annoying for tax purposes (not automatic dividends entering in to mygov), Charles Schwab is the best brokerage I've ever used. Such a great/intuitive/reliable platform and app.

      Also Stake is annoying because they have prompted KYC for existing customers requiring ID/selfie..

    Why not just hold ASX ETFs like NDQ or SPY?
