Cash back on already discounted piano. Don't know much about them but just bought one for beginner level. Keys seem to have a good mechanism based on review. There is a better discount on the s1100

For anyone considering this for themselves to learn/play piano at home it's a pretty good option. The PX-770 is a pretty decent keyboard at this price with the stand and the key action will take you very far. I haven't tried the PX-S1100 but with that stand and the loose pedals it looks more suited to performance/mobile and wouldn't give the same value to a learner and the "Smart Scaled Hammer Action" isn't as good as the PX-770.

  • very good seller..

Not sure how it got discounted, but seems the same price is in many other shops, including JB Hifi.

    • Main difference is that JB doesn't do the $100 Cashback, seems to be limited to a few different music stores around the country

True. Cashback isn't there, but If JB Hifi doesn't mark the $999 price as a sale, it makes me think the original RRP is not genuine, which makes the deal a bit less of a deal.

  • Also cannot cashback on eBay, Kogan etc. this is an older model which might be why it's going cheap

  • Just bought a Yamaha P145b last week, is this much better deal?
