It’s back!! Australian Retirement Trust Super members will have access to this via the ART app that there’s an offer for discounted gift cards via "redeemyourgiftcard.com.au"

  Note: Figures are not actual discount. Minus 1% visa/mastercard credit processing fee (no other choice) and 1% ish delivery fee (why? considering it's digital delivery).
  BTW after sale support is almost non-existent. They don't bother to respond to you. They were my experiences couple of times when I had payment issues or GCs that did not come through after a day or two.

    Saw this in an ABC news article about surcharges today:

    However, if the business only accepts card payments, and there is no way to avoid paying a surcharge, the ACCC says the extra cost needs to be included in the advertised price.

  What are the Fees and Charges?

  We charge $1 per card.
  Gift Cards purchases are by credit card incur a 1% credit transaction fee, which is for the payment gateway, not Redeemyourgiftcard.com.au.

  but after logging in they show as 3.07% off.

  Tried buying a $100 Amazon Gift Card, the savings is 3.07%

  Cost: $96.93
  Delivery Fee: $1.00
  Credit Card processing fee $0.98

  Total cost = $98.91

  Real saving is $1.09 or 1.09% for a $100 gift card.

  For each gift card, you need to pay the $1 delivery fee, this is a digital card!! and the credit card fee applies on top of the delivery fee, (fee on fee).

  To rub it in, at the bottom of the transaction, they still say you save 3.07%!!

    Yep a bit misleading. And there is a chance that the GCs come very late, the item would be sold out or sale over, forcing you to spend on something else (that you don't plan to buy originally). Happened to me a couple of times with redeemyourgiftcard…

  Is anyone else getting 3d secure bank error messages when you go to buy the gift cards?

  I tried 10 times. Still rejects it. Unless I’m putting the expiry wrong. There’s no details on how to put it in. Eg. 11 / 2016 or 11/16.

  Sent like 3 emails to them as well. No response. Is this even being managed or turning scammy.

  Redeem Your Gift Card used to be good and respond to customer messages.
  It appears now they have gone downhill and offer no customer support. (I have verified this personally.)

  Too bad as they were one of the better choices back in the day.
  I think I will be using Macquarie Market-place from now on. At least they don't have all these fees.
