  • 2 for $16 delivered all because I listened played a podcast last week on Amazon music for $5 credit.

    • Cool! How does this work?

      • +2

May have been targeted but I received an Amazon message to listen to a podcast and get $5 credit. I played a random short podcast and the next day got this.

        • Great! Sounds good to me, time to listen on mute in the background

Buy glass instead, don't eat microplastics, and certainly don't microwave these things regardless of what they call them

    • +10

      Freezing things in glass sucks.

Better with a plastic container, put it under water for a minute or leave it out for an hour then pop it out the food and microwave it in a ceramic or glass container.

You can’t avoid microplastics, it’s widely used in commercial food preparation and distribution and sale. Everything comes in at least a plastic bag or container.

But yes IMHO, don’t microwave in plastic if you can avoid it but don’t get pedantic about it.

      certainly don't microwave these things

They are specifically sold as Microwave Safe 🤷🏼‍♂️

      • lol legit has easyheat all over the packaging.

      • Cigarettes were once prescribed by doctors too.

Bro don't be cropping half my sentence

Flushable wipes are called flushable, but absolutely shouldn't be flushed.
McDonald's used to advertised its burgers having "100% export quality beef", but that was just the name of the beef supplier. What's in a name…

The micro in Microsafe actually = MICROplastics… Leeching out of the container into your food… That ends up in your wife's placenta, which feeds your unborn child, resulting in unspeakables

          An urban myth

          • @ak47wong: Wow, took that one at face value when I heard it back in the day.

Concerning if true, but is there any evidence of this?

        • spouting a bunch of untrue garbage makes your original statement even less credible not more

    • Get some Stashers bags if you worry about that

    $0.50 dearer than last deal

If people buy it at this higher price you can almost guarantee it will never go down to the cheaper price again. Better not to buy until it drops further in price IMO.

    • wait infinity time before buying anything then it's free

      • Why would it be free?

        • -1

Because you'd be dead by then and won't need to buy them anymore 😂

Thanks, needed a new set after I let my crack head brother stay the night, and after serving him some beans in one of these containers, he proceeded to use it as an ash tray when he decided it was too cold to smoke outside.

Nah, I need some new tuppaware

These cannot be placed in the dishwasher such that they do not retain a pool of water. the rim is bent over so that water gets trapped around the rim when they are placed upside down and does not drain away. If your dishwasher also dries, these won't be dry. a minor issue, but annoying nonetheless. thought buyers should know.

    • Yeah. Its annoying.

  • Awesome 🙌

Coles have these also currently for $10.50
