Need a semi decent webcam for work meetings and occasional recording of YouTube videos.

Excuse my ignorance but why would one need a webcam for YouTube?
im assuming they upload streams ?
I meant recording videos for YouTube.
2nd hand / old phone laying around ???
Or buy for less than $20.Meets all requirements.
Esp if not using it 24/7.
The Logitech Brio 100 is pretty well regarded in this price range. I have one, but it turned out to be too good for me. It shows up all the flaws in my skin, lol. I had to move back to something more grainy and low res. :-)
yeah i use a 480p logitech cam for all my job interviews
