A fuse burnt and it caused the fuse box (near the steering wheel) to burn a bit and deform.

You'll also have to resolve the reason it went into meltdown mode. Do you know what caused that?

Best bet is probably to pull it out and trace the wires from behind the panel. That is, pull apart the car.
However, if you dont know what youre doing its better left to someone else. If you have to ask this sort of question on a bargain forum, you likely don't have the skills to do it safely.
If I'd spent 4 years doing a highly skilled trade on apprentice wages I'd love to give you the answer for free.

you should be able to remove panel trim around the fuse box.
that should give you easier access.
you don't have to remove the half the dash to take that panel
if it doesn't come off easy then use a dremel to persuade it.
