[SOLVED] Unable to Get Router Online with Telstra Smart Modem on Bridge Mode

Hi everyone

I decided to take advantage of the More commbank deal and now I'm stumped trying to get my router online as I've just switched from Superloop to More telecom. Any suggestions and help is greatly appreciated.

Here are the details:
- ASUS AX3000 router
- Telstra Smart Modem Gen 2
- FTTB
- RSP is currently More

I was previously with Superloop until today and with no issues, I set up the TSM to go into bridge mode and then connected to my ASUS router automatically. Since switching over, my internet went down, then I received a message with my log in details. I then did a factory reset on my modem, logged in with my details, (connected via wifi to the TSM), then I set it into bridge mode.

Since then I haven't been able to get the router onto the internet. I haven't touched or factory reset anything on the router side (maybe I need to?). I'm fully able to use the internet through the modem but would prefer to utilise my router this way if still possible. I've connected from the LAN port of the modem into the WAN port of the router. Modem has green lights, front and back - router has a red light on the internet icon.

I've also repeated these steps twice and I've given the router time to automatically find the IP but still no luck.

I'm stuck and I feel like an idiot not being able to figure this out. Appreciate any suggestions OzB fam.
