Aliexpress orders being cancelled/refunded

Made about 150 to 200 worth of aliexpress orders start of the month and only a small amount, worth about $20 has arrived. Aliexpress has started cancelling with 4 cancelled and refunded got a 1, 1 and 3 dollar coupon. About 10 orders left and none have shipped yet so I think they will all be cancelled as well.
Is this common experience?
Prices have gone up 10 to 20% on about everything (since I got it during start of month sale).
Should I contact support and find out why/ ask them to reship it.
Or do I just reorder separately.?
Very annoyed since I really wanted some of these within this week.

      Electrical items for soldering all from different sellers, all were choice as well.

    Low feedback stores do this sometimes, or if the product is out of stock. What are you buying?

      Electrical items for soldering all from different sellers (maybe some seller with 2 or 3 items), all were choice as well.
      Four or five items got through (shipped) out of the 20+ the rest were stuck on to ship then got auto refunded or i cancelled (and got full refundd) them since it had been 2 weeks and they hadnt shipped.
      I reordered everything on the current sale.

    Are your orders from the same store? Choice items?

    That’s not common. If they are from the same store, it could be an issue with the store. As for prices increasing, it’s common for prices to be discounted during a sale (as well as having coupons), so just wait for the next sale (coming soon).

    Clearly the better idea was to ask on OzB first, because people here would know instead.

    Best is to chat with their customer service and get the orders refunded to your original payment method. Ask them if they are delayed or have to cancelled? Better to take refund rather than Ali Express Coupons.
