    Australia Post charge by weight. A 500g pack of biltong or jerky, after packaging including its bag, label, satchel, satchel-label and anything else will exceed 500g and be charged as a 1kg parcel
    Similarly, a 1kg pack of biltong or jerky will be charged as 2kg

  Out of curiosity, do you actually get to taste the difference between a Wagyu and a non-Wagyu beef once it's been made into a biltong or a jerky?

    Yes, wagyu beef has a more gamey, mushroomy taste and is marbled (intramuscular fat)
