      You must have read stepsis lots of times from somewhere else.

      Go and have a cold shower

  • Will it help with coughing?

    Anyone has experience on the taste? I always have problems with artificial berry flavours that taste like cough medicine…. even though strepsil is supposedly a cough medicine…. 🤣

    • Taste is subjective, but quite pleasant IMO.

    • Raspberry fanta tastes like cough medicine to me anyway.

    • Bought one to find out.

    Need the one with anti biotics and numbing agent. This one is weak sauce and doesn't help with the sore throat i get.

      Yeh I find the anti biotic numbing one bei by superior , here is the good one https://www.amazon.com.au/Strepsils-Throat-Lozenges-Relief-N…

      • I found this out recently, strepsils didn't do much for the knives in my throat. I discovered Strepfen "intensive" which were really good.

        I cycled between:
        * Strepsils (1 every 3 hours),
        * Strepfen (1 every 6 hours),
        * Eucalyptus drops (1 every 3 hours)

      unnecessary antibiotic may & can do you more harm, PS take whatever you want, I'll take whatever I should

      • +2

        I don't for a second think the antibiotic does anything. It probably does as much as the age old wisdom of drink spirits, the alcohol will kill the germs.

        It's just the antibiotic usually comes hand in hand with the numbing anesthetic which is what I'm looking for.
