Looks to be office works are clearing out some of there old MS laptops (and surface pros), all only 8 ramy goats, so may not suit everyone, but for the day to day computer dud like myself it'll do the trick, some info from officeworks;

    I know it's probably a high quality laptop, great resolution, touch screen, but $1100 for a 1235U is rough

    • Not $1100 for a 8GB soldered laptop in 2024.

      You should be fine with 8GB for normal use but I wouldn't pay $1100.

      You should be able to find 8GB soldered laptop for $700
