      So not sure what the go is.

    This is definitely becoming a trend… promising large sums of money/apartments/luxury in their advertising (which arguably looks cool), but in order to win it you not only have to be selected out of a vast pool of entries, but then have to play a "contingency game" with a 1 to 100, 1 to 250, or smaller chance of winning.
