This is definitely becoming a trend… promising large sums of money/apartments/luxury in their advertising (which arguably looks cool), but in order to win it you not only have to be selected out of a vast pool of entries, but then have to play a "contingency game" with a 1 to 100, 1 to 250, or smaller chance of winning.

Got a call today and they said that they will arrange another call with their director next week, just to confirm my eligibility of entering the competition.

Okay, sounds a little odd. There was one comp I entered last year or the year before that had a similar call. Apparently they had a lot of invalid entries and were down to the final cull for the draw. They just wanted to check that I was a real person. It may be similar.

No, unfortunately not
I read the T&C and the winner should be contacted 2 days after the draw (Draw is 30 Aug) and the winner published on their FB on 31 August 2024.
Nothing published on their FB page though.
It could be that the person chosen was not a real person and they're now checking for a new winner. The prize is not due to be issued till Sep 16. I'm not in NSW, so couldn't enter this one. The comp is a registered comp according to the terms and it's in conjunction with SEN.
