Just logged into Boost App and get a notice Boost Plans are changing 22-10-24
The noticeable change is that $230 160GB 365 day plan is discontinued and there is no direct placement. The existing 160GB starter kits will be able to be used until their expiry date.
The $300 240GB sim plan is the same.

I’m a long term boost member here I remember when you used to get this for $150 and with promo from Cole’s etc even less.
And gradually it’s went up.
Had no idea the $230 plan was stopping 21st October and I’m not very keen on the $300 per year.
I currently have like 127gb left from December last year do I don’t use my gb as much but then my year not up till around Xmas time.
I like you get free calls overseas which comes in handy.
But what I wanted to ask as my plan or should I say my recharge from last December is not up till around Xmas December time this year can I take advantage of doing a recharge again just before 21st oct yes I loose my gb and 2 months but I then get to carry on with same recharge/plan another year.
I don’t think I will be with them after that as asking $70 more does not interest me and simply is greed and ok yes I have more gb but as you can see if always have plenty left over after every recharge.
I can’t remember if you do a recharge early if it goes towards a new recharge year or goes as credit anyone know?
My wife is also due recharging as well but here is up 23rd oct so she would probably not lose out like me.
By the way aa boost offers full Telstra network is there anyone else who offers same for less?

Isn't the best thing to do is to buy a new starter pack before Oct 22 and then "recharge" by porting in and out in Dec. You will get the full period out of both.
Not sure how it’s done always done recharge, regarding wife plan here expires 23rd oct so she can recharge few days prior.
For me I’m mid December so little different and i thought you have to have new plan active prior to the date.
