Pretty much what title says. I'm not getting any monthly JB Hi-Fi Perks emails coming through any more. Have signed up with a new email address and got the initial welcome email, plus that month's perks code, but nothing since.
I signed up to Perks when it was first announced and used to receive monthly emails with my perks code. In the first couple of months I used to share my unwanted codes, but stopped when people reported that their accounts/perks were being removed, but I never received any of these warnings from JB myself. Reached out to the customer care and they couldn't see anything wrong with my account either.
Just wondering if there's any sort of "block-list" that might exist?
Did you just forget to tick the box indicating that you are willing to receive communication from them?
