Is anyone having issues with Cashrewards verification text message cannot be received? I tried many times to withdraw the funds but I am stuck at the verification process.
Never had this issue before as I withdrew a last year.
Double checked my phone number and the block list. No issues.
Is anyone having the same issue?

Please raise a support case. The more cases raised the more they may look at this with some sort of seriousness. I've tried 3x different phone numbers and phones, still no go.
I believe this issue started to occur when the app prompted me to update my details including mobile number. 2FA was working fine before this. So looks like there has been a stuff up on the backend systems of CR IMHO. I'm not very impressed, especially at the slowness to resolve the issue and lack of communication from CR regarding this issue.
see this is what im talking about in my sms post, and as i just right this i got another unnecessary sms that should have been done via email.
I agree, there needs to be an alternative method to SMS. It's also not going to protect you if your number or phone is stolen.
I blocked Qverify to stop the annoying messages from shopify. I did not get my SMS from cashrewards and, soon as i unblocked it, i got an SMS. It might help.

Unfortunately, I don't have anything like that blocked and also tried on different phones and numbers which have no blocked numbers.
This issue is 100% a backend systems issue at Cashrewards.
Issue still not resolved. This is ridiculous.
mine was blocked as "TWVerify" if it helps
Thanks. Definitely don't have it blocked on any phone. Removed any block lists I did have as well and reset a test phone and number too…

I sort of get the feeling CR isn't going to resolve this. I will give them time but if they don't resolve I will move to TopCashBack as @tightarse that was a very helpful rep for CR has now joined TopCashBack.
CR was my favourite cashback site but this issue has left me frustrated and hasn't given me any confidence with CR. I hope they can prove me wrong quickly.
It worked just now. I sent them multiple emails to complain.

Just tried it and it worked. Took them a week to get it working.
Not really good enough is it. If I had a system down for that long in my role I'd be in a bit of trouble.
