I recently purchased the Lenovo M11 (LTE version) and was trying to order the case from Amazon AU but it was temporarily out of stock. So, I decided to buy it from BIG W (C&C).
I recently noticed it has become in stock and will be ready to dispatch within 1 to 2 months.

for anyone else wondering, I don't -think- (but have not enquired whether) the linked m10 case (143W x 222D x 8H mm) will fit the m10 plus gen3 (7.45mm x 251.2mm x 158.8mm)
Is M10 and Xiaoxin Pad pro 12.7 the same?
I'd like to get this case but it offers no protection on the front screen if dropped when the front cover is open
