MyGov has recently rolled out passkey authentication and a few other commercial services are moving to the same.
Besides using the biometrics on a phone or laptop, are there consumer grade hardware (usb c) passkey devices that you would recommend?

Just got a yubikey from work which can be used for our other things as well - I'm still confused on whether yubikey is also a passkey - seems in a way they are though.
Well passkeys and yubikey both implement the FIDO2 standard. They can both be used as a 2nd factor for authentication in the same way.

make sure when you buy one it has firmware 5.7 because you cannot upgrade the firmware yourself.

most are rolling out passkey implementations.
I used bitwarden and enrolled the keys to bitwarden vault.
Yes, currently with proton pass. Will have a look at passkey support.
Proton Pass suports passkeys. Just not on the version on Android kn my phone.
Good thing I plan to upgrade this year.
