Cashrewards have just launched these new rebranded Incentives Visa Gift Cards.
These are a popular way of being able to obtain discounted gift cards that can then be redeemed at selected retailers.

For the record, there is a slight discrepancy in the terms:
Cashrewards Fuel & Auto Gift Card has a $1000 daily spending limit per member on Gift Card purchases.
Compared to;
Cashrewards Fuel & Auto Gift Card has spend limits in place when purchasing Gift Cards. The maximum per member spend limits are: $5k per day; $10k per week/month and $20k per year.
I guess we'll wait and see what the official figure is.
